The Bonfeu BonBiza is designed to bring people together around food and fire. With its large circular cooking surface, it allows you to cook a full meal outdoors while staying part of the conversation.
The design creates a natural flow of heat from the centre outwards, giving you multiple cooking zones on one surface. You can sear meats in the centre while gently cooking vegetables or other ingredients around the edges.

BonFeu guarantees that the products comply with the characteristics expressed by BonFeu itself, the reasonable
requirements of reliability and/or usability and the applicable regulations in force at the time. With due regard
for the following, we strive to achieve the highest possible quality, reliability and usability of our products.
- All BonFeu products come with the standard BonFeu factory warranty of 12 (twelve) months (1 year)
after purchase;
- The Customer is responsible for reading and taking note of the instructions in the product
Requesting an RMA
An RMA request is made by means of a written request via support@firepithaven.co.uk. This application must contain
the following elements:
- Name of customer and contact person;
- Address data;
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice);
- Complete complaint description supported by photo material.
Conditions for acceptance of an RMA request
- A proper complaint description must be entered for each item 1 ;
- The description of the complaint must be clearly illustrated with the help of photos and/or videos;

Can you cook full meals on the BonBiza?
Yes. The large plancha surface allows you to cook multiple foods at once. You can sear meats in the centre and cook vegetables or sides around the edges using the natural heat zones.
How does the plancha cooking surface work?
The centre of the plate gets the hottest, while the outer edges are cooler. This gives you more control over cooking different ingredients at the same time without burning them.
Is it only a plancha or can I grill as well?
The BonBiza includes a BBQ grill grid, so you can cook directly over the flame as well as on the plancha surface. This gives you more flexibility depending on what you are cooking.
What fuel does the BonBiza use?
It is designed to burn wood only. This gives you a natural flame, strong heat output and authentic outdoor cooking experience.
How long does it take to heat up?
Typically around 20 to 30 minutes depending on the fire. Once heated, the thick steel plate holds heat well for consistent cooking.
Is the BonBiza suitable for year-round outdoor use?
Yes. It is built for outdoor conditions. The corten steel version develops a protective rust-like layer over time, while the black version has a heat-resistant finish.
How do you clean the plancha plate?
Cleaning is simple. While the plate is still warm, scrape any residue into the fire and wipe it down with a cloth. Regular light oiling helps maintain the surface.
Can I leave it outside all year?
Yes. It is designed to stay outside. Many people choose to use a cover to keep it clean, but it is built to handle the elements.
Are there additional accessories available?
Yes. You can expand its use with optional accessories such as a pizza oven, skewer ring, or protective lid to create a more complete outdoor cooking setup.
Is it easy to move?
The BonBiza is a heavy, solid unit designed to stay in place once set up. At nearly 50kg, it is best positioned where you plan to use it regularly.

We offer free next working day delivery on many of our most popular products. Orders placed before 12pm are typically processed the same day and delivered the following working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We temporarily pre-authorise your payment while we confirm stock availability with our warehouse or suppliers.
If your item is unavailable, the pre-authorisation will be released and we’ll notify you straight away. If everything is in stock, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.

Pallet Deliveries
Larger items are delivered on a pallet via curbside delivery. Drivers will usually place the pallet in a convenient location where access is easy and surfaces are flat.
Please note that drivers cannot move items through homes, over steps, or across difficult terrain.
Difficult Access
If your delivery address has restricted access (e.g. narrow roads, tight turns, or limited vehicle access), please let us know at checkout or contact us in advance.
