Requesting an RMA
An RMA request is made by means of a written request via support@firepithaven.co.uk. This application must contain the following elements: - Name of customer and contact person; - Address data; - Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice); - Complete complaint description supported by photo material.

The HEAT Firecask is designed for burning dry wood logs. Hardwoods such as oak or ash are recommended for longer burn times and stronger heat output.
Does the mesh reduce heat output?
No. The mesh surround does not block heat. It allows warmth and light to radiate freely while helping to contain sparks for safer use.
Will the bronze finish change over time?
The bronze-effect coating is designed to be durable and long-lasting. With regular use, it may naturally develop slight tonal variations, which adds to its character without affecting performance.
How long does the fire last?
Burn time depends on wood type and quantity. Using hardwood logs and maintaining airflow will give you a steady fire for several hours.
Is it safe to use on a patio or decking?
It should be placed on a heat-resistant surface such as stone or concrete. Avoid placing it directly on timber decking without protection underneath.
How large of a fire can it hold?
The 42cm diameter bowl is designed for small to medium fires. For best results, keep logs within the basket to maintain safe airflow and stable burning.
Is it easy to move?
Yes. The integrated handles and lightweight design make it easy to reposition once it has fully cooled.
Does it get very hot underneath?
