Requesting an RMA
An RMA request is made by means of a written request via support@firepithaven.co.uk. This application must contain the following elements: - Name of customer and contact person; - Address data; - Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice); - Complete complaint description supported by photo material.

- A proper complaint description must be entered for each item 1 ; - The description of the complaint must be clearly illustrated with the help of photos and/or videos;

What fuel should I use?
The HEAT Boble is designed for burning dry wood logs. Hardwoods such as oak or ash will give a longer, more consistent burn.
Will the colour change over time?

Will the colour change evenly?

How large of a fire can it safely hold?
The Boble is designed for a controlled, moderate-sized fire rather than an oversized blaze. For best performance and safety, keep logs within the bowl and below the rim, allowing proper airflow while preventing excessive heat build-up.
Is the mesh surround necessary?
The mesh surround is recommended for added safety as it helps contain sparks and embers. It can be removed if preferred, but caution should always be taken when using an open fire.
Is it safe to use on a patio or decking?
It should be placed on a heat-resistant surface such as stone or concrete. Avoid placing it directly on timber decking without protection.
Is it stable?
Yes. The three-legged base provides a stable and balanced platform on most outdoor surfaces.
Can I leave it outside all year?
