An RMA request is made by means of a written request via support@firepithaven.co.uk. This application must contain the following elements: - Name of customer and contact person; - Address data; - Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice); - Complete complaint description supported by photo material.

Very straightforward. Simply remove or place the relevant components. Use the grill grate for cooking, remove it for a fire pit, and once fully cooled, add the wooden top to use it as a table.
Can I use the table top while the fire is still warm?
No. Always wait until the fire pit has completely cooled before placing the wooden tabletop on top to avoid damage.
