Requesting an RMA
An RMA request is made by means of a written request via support@firepithaven.co.uk. This application must contain the following elements: - Name of customer and contact person; - Address data; - Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice); - Complete complaint description supported by photo material.
Conditions for acceptance of an RMA request
- A proper complaint description must be entered for each item 1 ; - The description of the complaint must be clearly illustrated with the help of photos and/or videos;

The HEAT Oslo is designed for burning dry wood logs. Hardwood such as oak or ash will burn longer and produce a more consistent heat.
Can I leave it outside all year?
Yes. It is built from durable steel and designed for outdoor use. Over time, exposure to heat and weather may naturally affect the finish.
How hot does it get?
The Oslo produces a strong, steady heat output. Because the fire sits higher than a standard fire pit, the warmth is felt more directly at seating height.
Is it safe to use on a patio or decking?
Yes, but it should always be placed on a heat-resistant surface such as stone or concrete. Avoid placing it directly on decking without protection.
Does it require assembly?
No. The unit is fully welded and ready to use. Simply position it where you want it and start your fire.
