At Firepit Haven, we aim to deliver your order as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible.


Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on many of our products across mainland United Kingdom.

Delivery timeframes vary depending on the product and supplier. Estimated delivery times are clearly shown on each product page.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.


Delivery Areas

We deliver to most locations within the United Kingdom.

Free delivery applies to mainland UK only.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Scottish Highlands and Islands

  • Northern Ireland

  • Isle of Wight, Isle of Man

  • Channel Islands and other remote locations

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

We then verify stock availability with our suppliers before dispatch. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a full refund or offer an alternative.

Orders are only fully processed once stock availability has been confirmed.


Delivery Process

We work with a network of trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely.

  • Delivery methods are selected based on the size and type of product

  • We always use the most appropriate courier for your order

  • Courier selection cannot be chosen manually

You will receive tracking details where available once your order has been dispatched.


Pallet Deliveries (Large Items)

Many of our larger products (such as fire pits, pizza ovens, and outdoor heating equipment) are delivered via pallet delivery.

Please note:

  • Delivery is kerbside only

  • Drivers are not required to move items into your property

  • Items will be delivered to the nearest accessible point

Drivers may assist further at their discretion, but this is not guaranteed.


Access Requirements

Some deliveries require large vehicles.

It is your responsibility to inform us of any access restrictions, including:

  • Narrow roads

  • Height or width restrictions

  • Difficult access routes

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues that were not disclosed, additional charges may apply for redelivery.


Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Supplier or stock issues

  • Courier delays

  • Weather or external factors

If your delivery is delayed, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
