The Bonfeu BonPizza is designed to bring authentic wood-fired cooking to your garden. Built to work perfectly with Bonfeu fire bowls and cooking units, it allows you to bake pizzas with the same intense heat you would expect from a traditional pizza oven.
Once heated, the oven creates the ideal environment for cooking pizza quickly and evenly. The stone base absorbs and retains heat, helping you achieve a crisp base while the enclosed design ensures consistent cooking from all sides.
Simple to Use
Let the oven heat up while you prepare your pizza. When ready, lift or rotate the lid to open the front and slide your pizza onto the stone using a pizza peel.
The large handle stays cool to the touch, making it easy to open and close the oven safely while you monitor your food. Within minutes, you will have a perfectly cooked, wood-fired pizza ready to serve.

The BonPizza oven includes a durable base plate, a high-quality pizza stone and a fitted lid to retain heat efficiently. This combination creates the high temperatures needed for proper pizza cooking while remaining simple and reliable to use.
Important Information
The BonPizza must be used with a compatible Bonfeu stand. It is not suitable for use directly over a Plancha 60, as this restricts airflow and reduces performance.

Warranty
BonFeu guarantees that the products comply with the characteristics expressed by BonFeu itself, the reasonable
requirements of reliability and/or usability and the applicable regulations in force at the time. With due regard
for the following, we strive to achieve the highest possible quality, reliability and usability of our products.
- All BonFeu products come with the standard BonFeu factory warranty of 12 (twelve) months (1 year)
after purchase;
- The Customer is responsible for reading and taking note of the instructions in the product
Requesting an RMA
An RMA request is made by means of a written request via support@firepithaven.co.uk. This application must contain
the following elements:
- Name of customer and contact person;
- Address data;
- Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice);
- Complete complaint description supported by photo material.
Conditions for acceptance of an RMA request
- A proper complaint description must be entered for each item 1 ;
- The description of the complaint must be clearly illustrated with the help of photos and/or videos;

Free Next Day Delivery
We offer free next working day delivery on many of our most popular products. Orders placed before 12pm are typically processed the same day and delivered the following working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

We provide free delivery across mainland UK.
Additional charges may apply for certain locations, including the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and Scilly Isles. Please contact us for a delivery quote before ordering if you are unsure.
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. We temporarily pre-authorise your payment while we confirm stock availability with our warehouse or suppliers.
If your item is unavailable, the pre-authorisation will be released and we’ll notify you straight away. If everything is in stock, your order will be processed and prepared for dispatch.
Delivery Process
We use fast, reliable courier services to ensure your order arrives safely. The most suitable courier and delivery method will be selected automatically based on your order.
Pallet Deliveries
Larger items are delivered on a pallet via curbside delivery. Drivers will usually place the pallet in a convenient location where access is easy and surfaces are flat.
Please note that drivers cannot move items through homes, over steps, or across difficult terrain.
Difficult Access
If your delivery address has restricted access (e.g. narrow roads, tight turns, or limited vehicle access), please let us know at checkout or contact us in advance.
Additional charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to access issues that were not disclosed.
