Requesting an RMA
An RMA request is made by means of a written request via support@firepithaven.co.uk. This application must contain the following elements: - Name of customer and contact person; - Address data; - Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice); - Complete complaint description supported by photo material.

- A proper complaint description must be entered for each item 1 ; - The description of the complaint must be clearly illustrated with the help of photos and/or videos;

What fuel should I use?
The HEAT Mandal is designed for burning dry wood logs. Hardwoods such as oak or ash are recommended for longer burn times and more consistent heat.
Does the open basket design burn wood faster?
